Natural Printing

This is an exciting process in which fabric is bundled with foliage and then steamed to achieve colorful permanent prints, creating one-of-a-kind pieces.

I love spending time outdoors collecting branches and leaves, learning about the different varieties, steaming the bundles, and anxiously waiting for the result of each unique combination of natural marks the plants leave on the silk.

I’ve been exploring and learning the natural printing process for about two years, which has stimulated my creativity in a new way. I am very passionate about this new creative trajectory in my artistic journey.

Each piece is one of a kind, filled with textures & colors that will endure for life, and I love encountering a pleasant surprise every time.
